We have the best housekeeping program on the Emerald Coast with some of the best staff available.
We don’t use housekeeping as a profit center. All funds collected are used for cleaning, inspecting, linens and amenities. We continuously train our housekeepers, keeping standards at a premium. Every property is inspected after each cleaning, and each cleaning is done to our and VRMA's rigid specifications. Housekeeping is also fully customizable if you wish to add your articles.
  I know how frustrating it is to have a property manager you can't reach. This is one of the many reasons I started managing properties 18 years ago. I will answer or return your call punctually. Ring the office number; they will answer or call you back ASAP. Our staff reviews and visits each property to represent your home accurately and knows how important fast, friendly, and accurate service is. We reside locally, and most of us are bilingual.   Our proactive maintenance program is broken down into two parts: Preventive Maintenance and Property Condition Assessment. We regularly conduct scheduled preventative maintenance (many at no cost to you) designed to reduce unscheduled maintenance and guest grievances. We also inspect components of each property throughout the year and do a top-to-bottom inspection annually. You are given feedback on how to benefit or possibly improve your investment. Again, all of our programs are customizable.   You won’t have to think, “Wasn't that reservation ten days?” or “Didn’t that guest extend?”. You can access your calendar as well as inspect our books. We both know how property management companies work. They say you pay 25%. After all the add-ons, you're paying 35%, 45% or more! We don’t have time to sit around squeezing dollars; my staff and I are busy meeting guests, taking care of your investment, Etc. We work for you and our guests. Integrity is everything.
